Phase two, in outline form, comprises six buildings varying in height between three and 23 storeys and provides up to 1,389 residential units, up to 51,725 sq.m. of office (B1) floorspace, up to 5,825 sq.m. of flexible retail (A1-A5) floorspace, a hotel and community and leisure uses.
