Real estate groups Henderson Park and Greystar have teamed up in a joint venture to acquire a £101m site in Battersea Nine Elms to build 894 new homes. The JV has contracted Telford Homes to deliver the project, after gaining planning permission for the scheme in March. Telford is set to begin construction this month to deliver 641,000 sq ft of one, two and three-bedroom apartments across two buildings.
