A leading residential developer has agreed to acquire the final three phases of the Nine Elms Park development site in a deal worth £400 million in gross development value. At the same time, London Square – which is backed by Ares Management – has struck a partnership deal with Build to Rent (BTR) pioneer Moda Living on land for two buildings on the site.
