The VSM joint venture (JV) between VINCI UK Developments and St Modwen Developments has secured planning consent for the new residential tower in Nine Elms, London, UK. Named Apex 1, the new 26-storey scheme will feature 201 new homes and retail space on the land released due to the New Covent Garden Market redevelopment project.
