PBC Today: VSM gets green light for new 26-storey Nine Elms residential tower

The Nine Elms residential tower is under the scheme, known as Apex 1, and will deliver 201 new homes as well as retail space as a result of VSM’s New Covent Garden Market redevelopment. The Nine Elms residential tower is adjacent to the Nine Elms Northern Line tube station and close to the new US Embassy, forming a key part of the Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea (VNEB) opportunity zone.
