Landscape works
Progress: The landscaping contractor Maylim have completed the hard and soft landscaping work around Plot C1. The area has been handed over to Royal Mail, expecting members of the public to use Plot C1 and the surrounding area early in September. Maylim await confirmation of start dates in the next phases of Nine Elms Park. Maylim continue with design and procurement for the materials for the park and there will be a small team on site taking deliveries of
materials as required over the next few weeks.

Plot A
Progress: Throughout August, progress has continued on Plot A. The key highlights within the period are the topping out on Level 13 and final concrete pours. The other operations which commenced are the façade bracket installation and the removal of the tower crane closest to Nine Elms Lane.
Future works: In the coming months the façade of the building will begin to take shape, with the bracket installation continuing and the façade panel installation commencing. The fit-out works will continue to progress throughout the building, this mainly consists of mechanical and
