Dutch Barn Vodka, Cucumber & Mint Syrup, Lemon, Lime.
Dutch Barn Vodka from Ellers Farm Distillery, is paired with cucumber cut offs and waste mint leaves from the bar. They are blended into a syrup with caster sugar before adding vodka and lime for a fresh Gimlet.
