Investor and developer Dominvs Group has received planning permission from Wandsworth Council for its 837-room dual hotel development in London’s Nine Elms. The plans will see an 11-storey, 360-room midscale hotel built alongside a 15-storey, 477-room “affordable luxury” property, which will also offer a ground-floor café and rooftop restaurant and bar. Both properties will be designed by Squire and Partners, and are currently being referred to simply as the north and south hotels, but it is understood they will be managed by two as yet-unnamed hotel operators.
