Embassy Gardens Residents' Association

About the RA

An independent association run by volunteer residents, for residents — at Embassy Gardens, Nine Elms.

Who we are

The Embassy Gardens Residents' Association (EGRA) is the independent association for everyone who lives at Embassy Gardens. It's run by volunteer residents and open to all — leaseholders and tenants alike.

We're independent of the developer and of estate management. We work with them where it helps residents, but our job is to represent the people who live here.

What we do

  • Bring neighbours together — social events and a friendlier, more connected community.
  • Keep residents informed — news and updates that matter for life on the estate.
  • Represent residents' voice — raising shared concerns with the managing agent, developer and, where relevant, the council.
  • Help new residents settle in — welcome information and useful contacts in one place.

The committee

EGRA is steered by a small committee of volunteer residents. Between us we look after:

  • Membership — welcoming members and keeping the list up to date.
  • Communications — news, updates and the website.
  • Events — planning, capacity and bookings.
  • Treasurer — the association's finances.
  • Site administration — keeping this website and our records running.

We're always glad of a hand. If you'd like to help — a one-off event or an ongoing role — we'd love to hear from you.

EGRA and Right to Manage

Some residents are also involved in the separate Embassy Gardens Right to Manage (RTM) initiative. That's a distinct project with its own site — you can explore it at embassygardens-rtm.com. Joining EGRA is not the same as joining RTM.

Get involved

The more of us there are, the stronger our voice. Membership is free and takes a minute.
