If your front door's fire-door defect works are still outstanding, the Freeholder is paying for them now — but slots aren't guaranteed. Scan the QR code on your door to check, and if works are still needed, email the managing agent and copy info@egra.org.uk as soon as you can.
Miss this programme and you'll have to arrange and pay for compliant works yourself, usually around £500 + VAT. The details are in The Dispatch.

Thank you to the roughly 100 leaseholders who joined the EGRA AGM on 16 September, in person and online. Members approved an updated constitution and elected the 2026–2027 committee, and we marked ten years of Ambassador and Capital.

From 1 October the Sky Pool is open 10am–5pm daily, with the sauna and steam room until 8:30pm, and guest entry is now £15. Essential five-yearly maintenance is likely to start in November, closing the pool for about 12 weeks — exact dates to follow.

Two events are coming up this autumn. The Halloween House Quiz is on Wednesday 28 October at The Orangery — get a team of four together. And the Movember Challenge 2026 runs through November, residents versus staff, raising money for Prostate Cancer UK.
