From the warm welcome at the front desk to late-night security patrols, cleaning, maintenance, gardening, yard and valet services, there are around 90 members of staff working across Embassy Gardens — many you may rarely see, but whose contribution is felt every day. We created the Appreciation Fund so that everyone who works across the estate is recognised equally, not just front-line staff.
Last year residents raised over £13,000. This year our target is £15,000. Most contributions are between £50 and £100, though every amount genuinely helps — and with around 1,400 apartments, if just a fraction of us give, we'll comfortably get there.

- The fund is pooled and shared equally — cleaners, gardeners, concierge, security, maintenance and other estate teams alike.
- No money goes to EGRA or EGRA committee members.
- Contributor names are included on a community Christmas card with the gifts — or stay anonymous, your choice on the form.
